ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Jen Horn, and I sow seeds and grow community for mindful living.
In all that I do, I am guided by the intention to hold space for regenerative reflections and conversations that help us show up better for the world, in our personal, professional and political capacities. I value connectedness and regeneration, and aim to live and lead with curiosity, empathy, hope and integrity.

I'm the founder of MUNI (@muni_ph), and producer, writer and host of the MUNI on This podcast, where we feature sustainability leaders and advocates sharing about the challenges and possibilities in creating a more mindful and livable world.
I facilitate learning for sustainability as a lecturer at the Leadership & Strategy Department of Ateneo de Manila University's John Gokongwei School of Management.
I am currently undertaking an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited core training for professional coaching with Coach Masters Academy, and am a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance.
I completed my MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of Surrey in the UK under a Chevening scholarship from 2018-2019. My dissertation looked at the personal motivations of sustainability leaders, and is shaping a lot of the work I pursue today. I also took my BA in Psychology from De La Salle University.
On a less formal note, I started my food garden at home in May or June 2020, which also led to my later involvement as a core team member of Urban Green Communes (UGC), which dreams of transforming Metro Manila into one big food-sharing community of local food gardens in every barangay. I also rescued an abandoned black kitten in May (first cat in my life), and we've cleverly named her Catniss, and you can follow her on Instagram @pussinbush. :)
